Focaccia Bread

Recipe assumes you have a bread machine.

Servings:

Makes 24

Cooking Time:

Prep: 20-30 minutes, Cook: 65 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bread Flour
  • ¾ cup warm Water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan, grated
  • Kosher salt

Instructions:

  1. Add the first six ingredients to your bread machine and run the Dough Program. When completed, spread the dough out in a well-greased 13x9 pan. 
  2. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. 
  3. Meanwhile, heat the ¼ cup olive oil. Remove from the heat and add rosemary and garlic. Allow to steep. 
  4. Create dimples in the dough with your fingers and brush with the oil. Sprinkle on the parmesan and salt lightly. 
  5. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
